telephone didnt work, toilet didnt work, tv remote didnt work, channels all fuzzy. room service took over an hour and when it arrived it was all dried up and not edible. waitresses rude and front desk staff no help. super long check in line. would never stay here again More

Very well managed and beautiful hotel! The staff was super nice and courteous and their restaurants cook up a pretty darn good meal as well. have always stayed here when leaving country.last couple of stays,the customer service has dropped dramatically.new management..? poor.did not recieve wake up call on last visit,which resulted in missing flights and having to redo entire flight itinerary. and being made to feel like it was our fault..? will look for new location in future.cannot recommend this facility at this time.
