One of the two beds had hair in it like it had not been cleaned as did the shower. Front staff Cole was amazing, friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast in morning was great. Crying/screaming child in room adjacent for four hours did not help sleep quality and parents screaming at child made it worse then child screaming.....parents!!!!!

Nice place to stay. Grandkids loved the pool and slide. Great hot tub. Good location. Would stay here again.

The room we were in was clean however it was across from the ice machine that was broken and still plugged in so noisy and we were also sharing a wall with the stairwell and they have no elevator so we heard all the people, luggage etc going up and down the stairs at all hours.

We stayed here recently on our way to Spokane. It had been recommended because of the spa and pool. We were lucky to get the last room!
