i recently visited my family in vancouver and had a stay at this motel. it is outstanding and clean. refered by a friend, i never thought a motel room could be this new.i was very enjoy the hottube and the quiet environment. the front desk person was very nice, and he showed me a lot about this town! Room had two queen beds. Probably had bedbugs because instead of buying new mattresses, they simply put plywood on top of the mattress and covered with an inch or so of foam. Then the sheet. We stayed in several lower budget places but this was the worst. Very, very unclean. Dirty washrooms, walls etc. Mentioned this to management they did not care. Even when they were told they need to learn how to clean! Broken unsafe lamps, barely capable of standing. Would be scary with children. Internet connection was pathetic. More

Had a wonderful overnight stay here after hiking and backpacking in Banff/Lake Louise. We got a superb "off season rate". The room was actually a cabin with sleeping area, sitting area, large bath and fireplace. The complex had a heated pool, hot tub, an sauna. All well well kept and immaculately clean.
