We had the pleasure of staying at the Alpenrose Bed and Breakfast for 3 nights in early May of 2013. What a beautiful little corner of the world! The rooms are well cared for and tastefully decorated. Little touches like chocolates on the pillows and lemon ice water next to your bed show the attention to detail. Our hosts Lisa... More

We cannot recommend Alpenrose B&B highly enough! It does not feel like a B&B, but more like a home from home.Lisa & Frank opened their home to us and made us feel extremely welcome. The bedroom was fab, the bed was so comfortable and not to mention the little touches like the pull down service, chocolates on the pillow, ice... More

We had the pleasure of staying at Alpenrose B&B this past weekend. Frank and Lisa truly opened their home to us. The bed was great, super quiet location, breakfasts were amazing and to top it off, home baking (apple pie, rhubarb pie, carrot cake and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies). We even got fresh powder on Saturday which made for the... More

Thanks for your review and for choosing to stay here with us at Alpenrose Revelstoke. Our snow on Revelstoke Mountain Resort easily wins people over and we work hard to do the same. My girlfriend and I spent three nights at the Alpenrose in March during which time Lisa and Frank made us feel very at home. The room was lovely, clean and warm and the ski hill is only a few minutes away, Enjoyed the fantastic breakfast in the morning and coming back to hot tub in the evening. Would recommend to anyone... Thanks for your kind review... Revelstoke is a wonderful 4 season destination. The best time to view the "Meadows in the Sky" wild flower trail atop Mt Revelstoke National Park is the last week in July - first couple weeks in August. Of course this varies depending on how much snow there has been over winter. During the months of... More

We can’t recommend the Alpenrose highly enough. The rooms are cozy and well appointed, the breakfast is delicious, there’s a hot tub (wonderful after a day’s ski), and the location is great, but what really makes this B&B special is the endless hospitality of its owner’s, Lisa and Frank. These are two truly wonderful people who worked tirelessly to make... More

Found this B&B by coincident. I didn't expect anything special, but I was in for a very nice surprise. Nice and clean room, a bath in the room was very convenient. You had several choices for breakfast, I couldn't decide which one I liked best - they were all good. After a day at the ski resort your legs hurt,... More

Thanks for your review. We model our bed and breakfast after services we appreciate on our own travel adventures...plus a few home comforts that separate our bed and breakfast home experience from a stay at a hotel/motel. Staying at our bed and breakfast offers solo travelers on a ski or hiking/biking/National park adventure or Calgary/Vancouver trek stop over a nice... More

This was our 3rd visit with Frank and Lisa at Alpenrose, and the experience just keeps getting better. We love that it is a couple minutes from the hill, and just as many from downtown dining. Like the other comments already posted, Lisa bought us discounted ski passes so that we could easily get onto the hill without waiting to... More

Lisa and Frank were the perfect hosts with the help of Lexis (Lexus, like the car?) to serve breakfast. The room was beautifully appointed and the bed warm and comfy. Loved the little extras, like the wine glasses and water decanter in the room and the coffee cake went down very well:-)!! Great location for the ski resort too! Breakfast... More

Thanks, we love surprising guests with special treats, be it a coffee cake or apple pie; but you can most always count on biscotti our trademark treat! We've just finished a weekend stay at Alpenrose. Lisa and Frank have a very nice B&B. OUr room was cozy, but well-appointed and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was fine, and we enjoyed the international company around the table. There is a ski gear room complete with boot dryer - nice touch. Alpenrose is located only a few minutes away... More
