We usually do not like to stay at Best Westerns, because of previous bad experiences with Best Western franchise’s hotels/motels. We recently travelled to Victoria for a visit to Butchart Garden and the Victoria harbour area. We stayed at the Emerald Isle which was very convenient for our visit to the Gardens.
