Always clean and staff are very friendly. Seniors discount at 55 yrs and breakfast included is a good value. Really, where else are you going to stay? Just returned from a 4 day business stay at this hotel. Overall a good place with friendly staff, clean rooms and a fairly good included breakfast. Stayed overnight in Trail, BC. We found the hotel was clean, the night front desk clerk provided great service, the bed was comfortable. They have done a great job of renovating this property - the rooms and beds are excellent! The only downfall is its located beside a big industrial place but if you can look past it, it will work great.

“Sports event in Trail”

Great Room service and great front desk staff (Michelle) helped me enjoy my stay. The highway nearby is a bit noisy but I managed to get a room at the 'back' which helped a lot. Cleaning staff went out of their way to accommodate guests so that rooms were ready between sporting events and deserve a huge 'thanks'! A

We were pleasantly surprised to find a very well kept and clean room upon check in. Everything was exceptionally clean from the bathroom to carpets and floor trim. Have stayed here a few times and always found it to be clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and rooms are well appointed. No complimentary breakfast but there is a McDonalds next door for a cheap breakfast.
