I've written a registered letter, return receipt requested, and they have returned the receipt, so they have received my letter. I asked for a refund, $105 US dollars, because the went ahead and charged me, even though I cancelled the room FOUR DAYS before my arrival date. We prebooked the dog room over the phone ( we have a small hypo-allergenic dog) and arrived at around 10pm. We were greeted at the office with a sign which told us the staff was down at the restaurant. This is a most peculiar review. Firstly - the room rate is 129.00 for 4 people plus 20.00 for a small dog (hypo-allergenic or not - whatever that means) plus taxes (5% GST & 8% Hotel Tax). This has been the same rate for the last 3 years for everybody. There is only 1 pet room - every year several...

Unfortunately the housekeeper seriously injured her foot that day and was unable to do rooms - she was looking after the front desk for an hour while the owner took the garbage to the transfer station. My husband and I stayed at the Tete Jaune Lodge for one night while traveling to Jasper National Park.
