Great value right on the beach on beautiful Peninsula lake. Comfortable and cozy beds. The cabin we stayed in was not luxurious but rustic, comfortable and had every convenience we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed Friday night corn roast by the lake and great sunsets. We had a great couple of days at Colonial Bay. Have been a couple of times before and always feel welcome. Bruce and Nicole are great people and will always make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nice clean cottages and close to Huntsville. Nice family atmosphere. We hope to go back next year maybe for a longer stay.

I was looking forward to revisiting this motel, having been there 14 years ago. I had not checked other prices in the area.
