'll try to keep this light and brief since I dont think Kitchener is really a tourist destination. The hotel is in real need of an update. For example, the shower head was leaking so badly, that the spray complelely soaked the ceiling tiles. This is a fantastic hotel. I've stayed here several times over the past few years - mostly around Christmas. The rooms are excellent; they are well appointed, clean, quiet, and have lots of those little sample size things to take home.
