Spent a few nights in this hotel during this year's Oktoberfest, right across the street from the biggest beer tent, and got to watch the parade from the comfort of the room. The parking is a seriosu risk. On the first night everyone I met warned me to make sure all valuables were out of the car, because it will... more

We reserved a block rooms for our out-of-town wedding guests and worked closely with the hotel's sales team. The staff -- from the sales team to the front desk staff -- was incredibly helpful, courteous and thoughtful. The Delta team responded to countless sightseeing questions and went above and beyond to ensure all of our guests had a pleasant and... more

Only reason I'm writing a review is for some of the negative reviews on here. II really think this hotel deserves a favourable review. 'll try to keep this light and brief since I dont think Kitchener is really a tourist destination. I would recommend this hotel for anyone stopping over in Kitchener or on business for a comfortable sleep.... more

The hotel is in real need of an update. For example, the shower head was leaking so badly, that the spray complelely soaked the ceiling tiles. The water got so close to the fluorescent light fixture that I was worried about safety and turned off the light.. The door to the room did not close properly. The TV was fuzzy.... more

This hotel seems to have impressed other reviewers, but I wonder if that is because there are two wings...one newer, and updated, but the other older, out-dated, and over-run. We definitely stayed in the older side. Our room had heating controls from the 60's, which didn't work. The new furniture is oversized for the room (this was a Delta King,... more

Central downtown location Useless and closed connection to the neighbouring shopping centre Pool located in the middle of the hotel with windows from the bar opening directly into it Hotel interior and exterior quite dated, perhaps early 80s Conference facilities just average Room 365 View – the roof of the adjacent building with all kinds of AC equipment on the... more

This is a fantastic hotel. I've stayed here several times over the past few years - mostly around Christmas. The rooms are excellent; they are well appointed, clean, quiet, and have lots of those little sample size things to take home. The hotel has amazing amenities; an indoor pool with 'windows' under water, a spa, a massive game and exercise... more

The beds are uncomfortable, the blankets were torn, the shower pressure was poor and the hot water took an age to arrive. I was happy to leave this place. more

A family member treated us to a night at the Delta and booked the room with their credit card. We expected a nice pleasant stay as this is a Delta hotel. Check in was quick and we were assured that the credit card on file would be charged although they needed an imprint of our card for whatever reason? We... more

I booked the hotel myself on the Delta website, and as soon as I arrived, the staff were amazing! They used my name and made eye contact with me upon arrival, and treated me with upmost respect. It was a quick check in, and the service was excellent. I was able to get a free room upgrade upon check in... more
