The Alt in suburban Montreal was very modern in design. Smallish rooms, but very comfortable beds. The hotel is adjacent to tons of shops & restaurants. Not a room for spending a ton of time in...but would certainly stay again.

Had the pleasure of staying at The Alt Hotel Jan 21st & 22nd, nice property, well located, the front desk folks were very accommodating.... as many other comments mentioned excellent beds and spacious shower... mall across the street, Starbucks on the corner. Had the pleasure of enjoying a nice meal in their renovated dining room - 1st day reopened... excellent.

I found this hotel to be interesting to say the least. i had a great stay while I was there. The rooms are clean with nice decor. I found that the rooms were really small with not alot of room to move around in. I'm glad that I wasn't sharing a room with anyone because the bathroom has little privacy.... More

I was in the Alt Hotel last weekend, nice clean decor however, no intimacy in the bathroom, no coffee in the room, there's a Keurig machine but you have to get the cups at the reception for which they charge $2.30 each at the price the rooms are, you would think that at least 2 coffees per room are included.
