We stayed 3 nights in this hotel on our first trip to Alberta from Ontario. The rooms are clean and well appointed and modern. Even though there is a train track nearby (as with most Alberta hotels), the walls and windows are well insulated and we experienced no disturbance at all - and I'm a light sleeper! The staff was... Spent a night here in January - can't wait to return!! The rooms are beautifully appointed - great amenities and comfortable beds with a warm, cozy feeling! They are spacious rooms with large washrooms, lots of space and offer a fridge/microwave and fireplace. It is a wonderful place to bring a family. My son and spouse enjoyed the glass enclosed... We spent a one night getaway in early January. Because we brought our small dog with us, we were put on the ground floor. Our room was a "walk-out" room with a French door leading out to a small patio. From there, we could hop over a small stone wall and take our dog out to the dog walk area... More

I had surgery in Canmore and we chose this hotel over others because it was just down the road from the hospital, on the quieter side of the road and a previous review spoke of the great breakfast. It was a beautiful, spacious room, with nice gas fireplace and mountain views. The staff gave us a room on the first... More

Stayed here with a volleyball team for a weekend tournament. Great staff, comfortable, spacious room. Loved it being a non-smoking hotel. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was great. This was the second time we have come here. Great rates for teams. More

My wife, dog and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We went for a quiet mountain getaway and that was what we got. Our room was nicelt appointed with a fireplace. We had a lovely view out of our window. The staff were very helpful and suggested a very nice restaurant. I would go back to this hotel again More

I stayed at the Best Western Pocaterra Inn during a 4-day getaway and loved the place. My room was quiet and had the touch and feel of a mountain retreat. Finally a hotel with top notch WIFI, - the connection was stable fast and never expired during my stay. Pool and hot tub are also worth while mentioning. The sauna... More

Nice rooms, friendly staff.Good continental breakfast.Clean.Could use a updated computor in the lobby. No snacks or coffee available for guests after the breakfast is over, which is generally a nice touch.Reasonably priced. Would stay there again. More

- Called this morning to make a reservation. It took three tries to get someone to answer the phone. When I requested a King bed for 2 adults and 1 child, I was told children weren't allowed on the King floor. Being tall, king-sized beds are requirement for a good night's rest. We'll never stay at this hotel. More

We booked here at the last minute and were glad we did. It is only a few miles out of Banff. We had a lovely room with a balcony looking out to the mountains. The beds were comfortable and everything seemed newly decorated. The pool is large and indoors. It appears to be a popular location for families. The front... More
