“Excellent value for money”

Big spacious room, well appointed, very comfortable. Good complementary full breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Friendly hotel. Excellent value for money. Good location for Banff National Park. good range of local shops in the town. Highly recommended.

Spent 3 nights here over the long weekend. 1st off the staff was incredible and so friendly. I had forgotten a shirt at the pool and it was already locked up for the night. we called the front desk and within mins some one had brought my shirt to me. “Very nice hotel”

The room was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. Coffee area with refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom was huge, nice shower. Third floor room with a table in a small bay window area, with nice mountain view. Breakfast was good, more than a continental.

We stayed at this hotel on our way from the Vancouver area to Calgary/Edmonton. The hotel is very clean and welcoming on arrival and the front counter staff were very friendly and informative. “Nice stay, efficient staff.”

Hotel is very clean and quiet. Price was great for what we received. Nice breakfast provided in the morning. Room appeared to be recently upgraded. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Has a Keurig for in room coffee, excellent touch.
