We stayed at By the Brook in April 2007 during a 2 week trip around the Rockies. Paul and Corey were very friendly hosts and the warm, well furnished B&B more than exceeded our expectations. This was a nice house in a quiet location. The hosts were very friendly, the breakfasts were okay but the housekeeping was terrible. By the Brook is a nice quiet bed and breakfast. It is really close to town and there are beautiful walking trails that take you right to the city center in minutes.
