The staff were lovely, really helpful. Off street parking with CCTV. Hotel really needs updating...our bedroom (14) was awful. The beds had the most awful matresses on...they weren't any point them being there, they were so crap you could feel the divan bed as you lay there. The room is in desperate need of modernsing.
