Made late Christmas booking for my husband and myself and recieved excellent service on arrival. Very clean comfortable room with en-suite flat screen tv and central heating. A hearty breakfast every morning rounded off a very enjoyable three day stay. Have already booked to return in April. The b&b is ideally situated for trips to York Beverley and the Wolds.... More

On arrival was greeted by an unwarm welcome with little information given on services and surrounding area.Rooms were small,cramped with tv's,lamps and radiators that weren't working.Confusion over booking led to a blow up bed being used which was less than satisfactory yet she wanted to charge the same amount pppn!overall less than satisfactory by a very noisy road! More
