This place is well located and priced right. It's about due for a tear-out and re-do, but it's still ok for the price. Maybe if they just repaired the sheetrock, stopped the shower from flooding the bathroom floor, and refurnished it, it would be a lot better. Oh, and those heating units are NOISY! More
