It was cheap. And the price speaks for itself! Wall is thin. You can hear couple next door doing their stuff. The shower water in the bathroom extremely limited, you have to squat to be able to shower. I went out until past midnight and when i arrived they locked the gate...oh felt like home when i was a teenager!...
