“A Truly Great Place”

“A delightful experience”

While the accommodations here were more than comfortable, the hospitality and knowledge of our hosts Jill and Peter were what made our 2 night stay at Kershaw House memorable. I would highly recommend this historic B&B for a stay in the Nelson area. More

Wow!!!! Fabulous room in a fabulous house, with fabulous hosts! Jill and Pete (and George the dog) were charming, helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome and valued. “A very English home, but with great weather!”

We had two great nights at Kershaw, our room was very comfortable and Pete, Jill and the extended family made us feel very much at home. As others have said they helped with restaurant bookings, trips etc. not to mention the great breakfasts, use of laundry (wonderful when travelling for a month) and thanks too for sending me the recipe... Jill and Pete are really friendly and were helpful in suggesting local places of interest when we couldn't kayak Abel Tasman. They also recommended Relish, the best restaurant in our 4-week NZ adventure. The stay was very homely, with great breakfasts and a stunning video. Strongly recommended. More
