Correct place, just to sleep and go. The owner is very nice person and wants to improve the place, so he asks for advice. Close to the train station where you get the toy train to Ooty.

We only stayed here one night, to catch the toy train to Ooty.
It was a good choice for a nights stay. It's definitely 'no frills' basic accommodation, but we couldn't fault the cleanliness or the helpfulness of the staff.
Overall, a good choice.
Negatives - no hot water.

My boyfriend is Indian, I am French, we are both students from the same university in London with our ID cards!
He is speaking to them in Hindi explaining clearly and politely that we need a room and this. And they refused to give us a room, calling me a prost*****, because of prejudices from the past century against fair...

We only stayed here one night, prior to catching the 7.20 am toy train to Ooty.
It was an excellent choice for a nights stay. Our emails were promptly answered (always a bonus - www.nandalodge.com) and although we arrived quite late in the evening (just before 10pm), we were warmly welcomed and efficiently booked into our large room.
It's definitely...
