Our family stayed 2 nights in this beautifully restored home in 2 rooms in the Minervois area, just outside Carcassone. The rooms were spotless and quiet. Beautiful bathrooms which were recently renovated. Wonderful breakfast. Host was extremely helpful in providing information about various sites in the area as well as restaurants. Hope to return in the future.
