Cley is one of those specifically Norfolk sea-side villages, and we have been visiting it for many years - from childhood in fact. It has great opportunities to bird watch, walk and run on the beaches. It has a great local pottery and craft-food shop - and the various ornithological centres. (let's hope the large plot of neighbouring marsh is... More

My husband booked this as a surprise wedding anniversary present, and we were absolutely bowled over by the gorgeous decor, attention to detail, friendliness of the owners and the beautifully presented breakfast. They even booked a table for us at the restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and suggested other restaurants to visit. The bedroom had a lovely view, the bed... More

Booked a last minute break after reading the great reviews on trip advisor and so pleased we went. Fraser and Louise are perfect hosts, friendly, accommodating but also give you space to relax too. The fact that people go back time and time again says it all and I really hope that we'll be lucky enough to go back. We... More

You simply can't fault this place. Fraser and Louise have got everything just right. The house is beautifully decorated and the rooms are spotless. Lots of nice little touches like homemade cake left in your room. They do every thing they can to make your stay perfect and this is by far the best place to stay in the area.... More

Celebrated our anniversary at the Old Town Hall House. Fraser & Louise are great hosts - Louise spotted we had a bottle of fizz in the fridge & two champagne flutes appeared whilst we were out - perfect! The breakfasts are also a thing of wonder. Thanks both & we'll certainly be back. More

A really friendly B&B with spacious and comfy room. Breakfast was really good, but you did have to give a time (though I'm not sure how set this is). Though not really a problem, some might care to note that there is no TV (though this was clear at time of booking). The George Hotel which has a great restaurant... More

My husband and I stayed here over a weekend. This is a great B&B and deserves its 5 star rating. Our room was large, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Not only did we have the usual tea and coffee in the room, but also crisps, chocolate and home made shortbread. On our second day were came back to the room... More

We live in Norfolk and have stayed on the north Norfolk coast many times but never at Old Town Hall House. Little did we know what we were missing out on. Fraser and Louise are great hosts and the whole atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. It's difficult not to go on and on about the breakfasts but you have to... More
