the hotel is excellent but the beefeater service is very slow we stay here 3 times a month and the shortest time from ordering food to arrival was 45 mins and it is the same wether restaurant is busy or just 2-3 tables please try harder.

A really nice clean room, excellent staff, with a friendly and obliging attitude. The Beefeater reastaurant was OK for an evening meal, but the breakfast was a little below par to be honest. Having said that, it wouldn't stop me booking there again, I'd just go for the continental next time.

The service in the Beefeater was very poor and the staff completely disinterested. The quality of the food was way below the standard I expected from a Beefeater. Clean and modern with everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was no noise that I noticed. We had breakfast next door at the Beefeater which was excellent value for money, as children eat for free with paying adults.
