We originally booked a platinum caravan, but this was changed by park resorts to a gold plus by email. The caravan had central heating which was efficient, but the quality of the fittings and bedding was disappointing. Just returned from a 4 day break which we really enjoyed. Staff were really friendly and helpful however I felt there were too many breaks in the entertainment compared with entertainment in other parks I have visited.
