We booked for a family Chritmas meal for 10 people on 27th December. Some of us had travelled from far afield so we also booked two bedrooms for an overnight stay. OMG let me start by saying AMAZING. Me and my husband came here for 24 hours child free time. From entering felt like we were in another world! Varied menu, delicious well cooked food. We used our Tastecard (2 for 1) but still thought the prices were reasonable. The lady in charge - presumably the owner was pleasant unlike the previous reviewers reported. We travelled quite a distance to get there but it was well worth it. We'd certainly return if in the area.

Just returned from an overnight stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Lovely premises with a contemporary feel. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Checked in quickly and efficiently and shown to our room. This was also very nice, spacious and spotlessly clean. HUGE bed which was very comfortable. from arriving to leaving the next day after breakfast , exceptional service, delicious meals , huge bedrooms was of first class quality. staff very attenitive all day making this wedding reception a complete success, and memorable considering they had done one the day previous . would highly recommend for this type of occasion .
