The location is in a very small village with little lighting so better to arrive in daylight if you can, but easy enough to find with a SatNav/Lizzie's directions. Bridge village is quaint with some nice pubs and we had a lovely meal at the Red Lion. Lizzie, the owner is extremely attentive and hospitable without being overbearing. The breakfast... More

We booked into stay at Beechborough whilst visiting our son who is at Kent Uni. We were welcomed very warmly by Lizzie and as we went in I was immediately aware of a beautiful fresh clean aroma. Everything was immaculate and extremely stylish. The rooms were delightful with everything you could ask for, and more. It was as good, if... More

It's definitely the choice of B&B where you'll feel homely & comfortable. We're warmly welcomed after a long journey from Cardiff and have a very relaxed stay. Everywhere is tidy and clean. The place is nice & quiet, easily located with the help of the sat nav.

We needed a place to stay for one night after a last minute decision to visit Canterbury. Lizzie made us extremely welcome and we had a great stay. The breakfast was absolutely to die for. Fresh bread, beautifully tasty local produce, sausages, bacon, eggs, black pudding etc. We were lucky to arrive a day after receipt of some fresh figs.... More

Absolutely agree with all the comments that have been made. Perfect hosts who have got the balance just right. You feel very at home and comfortable but the surroundings are luxurious. Nothing is too much trouble, Lizzie booked our evening meal at the Red Lion and gave us a lift there. We slept very well and the delicious breafast set... More

If I were to create my dream B&B, it would pretty much be this. Wonderfully comfortable bed with crisp white cotton sheets and huge fluffy pillows, a modern and stylish bathroom (with a handy motion sensitive nightlight!), simply decorated with some interesting objects (mostly sports memorabilia) and a gorgeous view of the garden and woods. There were all kinds of... More

We stayed 1 night at Beechborough. The location is great, just a few miles from Canterbury. The village is charming with a great little pub. The accomodation was homely, stylish and comfortable and finished to the highest standard. The owners were great hosts and really helpful and accomodatating. Would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

We recently spent a wonderful night at Beechborough. The accomodation is of a very high quality, a fantastically furnished room, full of character and a luxurious bathroom. We loved the location - the room overlooked fields and was so peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, with so much choice and beautifully presented. Lizzie and Martin were so welcoming and friendly.
