We stayed here for a weekend and had a fantastic four poster bed room. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and roomy. It had a large bathroom too. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pub has a great atmosphere and the food was delicious and good value. We would definitely stay here again. More

We stayed one night from the recommendation of the Tourist Information in Canterbury and found a lovely inn with a good bar and great food. We had the room in the main house and it was very comfortable, just be careful of the stairs going down to the ensuite, yes stairs inside the room. Very quaint. It was a lovely... More

We had originally booked a hotel in next village but they cancelled and booked us in here instead. Our room was number 8 a double in annexe to main building. Very comfortable and clean. The only downside was no hot water in the morning as a guest had left hot tap running overnight. We stayed one night only on our... More

Booked a room in this inn for the weekend and had a lovely relaxing time. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The inn is in a great location in the village. Although small, the rooms were comfy, clean, and cozy. I had a twin room for single use and the beds were comfy and there were lots of pillows. There... More

We found this place on laterooms.com as we were looking for a place near Dover following a day trip to France and an early evening arrival. We managed to get lost thanks to our GPS taking us to the wrong "the Street" but the hotel was very helpful in guiding us over the phone to their place. Once we arrived,... More

Chilham is a superb Kentish village near Canterbury. The Woolpack is a great pub in the village, hundreds of years old, with reasonably good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was in a seperate block, modern but fits in with the rest of the place. Room needed attention - smelled damp, and rather tired. Good value though. More

What can i say.... this place is awesome! If you have not been for a visit yet then you are missing out on a wonderful experience. On first sight the hotel looks pretty, quant and everything you would expect from a country pub/hotel but it gets better. We were shown to our room, that was not upstairs as you would... More

The village was beautiful, the hotel looked lovely but the room was noisy you could hear both the people upstairs and those in the next room, who seemed incapable of shutting the doors quietly. The food we had at dinner was great really tasty and plenty of it, the dining room was busy so we ate in the bar (... More
