Delightful, peaceful, luxurious. Beautiful setting, excellent accommodation, superb food, friendly service. I've rarely enjoyed a holiday more. ~ Well suited for anyone looking to "get away from it all". The food in particular was to the highest standard.

Stayed in the Moroccan yurt for one night to celebrate my husbands birthday. Amazing stay. Had a heater and electric blanket, bed and pillows very comfortable. Owners were very welcoming and go out of their way to help you with anything you need, even brought us an extra gas ring for the BBQ and helped start the fire. Breakfast was... More

We only had the pleasure of staying here for one night, but it was wonderful, enormous room with massive water bed, cinema room, sauna and hot tub. Excellant greeting, tea and cakes on arrival and a lovely breakfast, wish we could have stayed longer. Also large garden with Yurts in if you prefered luxury camping. Owners so friendly and accomadating

We stayed in the Gothic Suite in 2011 as a romantic break, and returned this September with our 4 year old son - If anything it was even more perfect The Gothic suite has plenty of room for 2 single beds at the other end of the house to the massive water bed and the help and availibility of Daron... Booked this suite as a treat for my husband's birthday. It surpassed our expectations - it is sumptuous, huge and simply gorgeous. The water bed is something else, wonderfully comfortable and brilliant fun. The whole experience was lovely. Amanda booked The Curlew restaurant for us (michelin starred - delicious), drove us there and collected us afterwards. Breakfast was lovely too... More

We stayed in the yurt as a group of 4 for a hen party. The staff were amazing, very accommodating and even left little niceties out such as eye masks and ear plugs in the communal areas as well as giving us a lift to the nearest indian restaurant (new spice is also a must to go to!) The surroundings... More

Our experience of Woodside B&B was only made better by the Family who run it. IT is apparent they are passionate about making the best impression on all of their visitors. For our Hen weekend we stayed in the Yurt which was tucked away in a beautiful part of the wood by a small stream - but not too far... More

Lovely site, incredible facilities and the most warm and welcoming hosts you could hope for. Daron and his family are so good at this, you will be spoilt and very judgemental of any similar experience afterwards! I am normally fairly wary of bed and breakfast style accommodation, but we were made to feel like old friends. 8 of us stayed... More
