We stayed here in September 2009. Gorgeous hotel, 5 star quality for 4 star prices! Our room was amazing, we had a four poster bed and a huge spa bath. The bars and restaurants are lovely too. Well recommended and we will definitely be back. More

Great room. Big and very luxurious. Pool looked great although I didn't use it. As a Marriott rewards holder for over 10 years we have stayed from Brussels to Bristol -all great. The receptionist so rude we left and went to Holiday Inn Carrow Road- sacrificing the pool but gaining staff who treated us like long lost friends- no contest!!
