We just needed a place to sleep in after a past-midnight arrival in Rio and before a next day afternoon departure. We know the existence of Luxor Aeropoto Hotel inside the airport but the bad reviews and its pricey rate put us off. We rather endure a little inconvenience for a good night’s sleep. Mount Blanc Apart Hotel is about... More

Hotel 15 minutes from the airport away from Rio itself. Boring neighborhood . We arrive late in the evening and all streets in the surrounding was deserted. We had prebooked the hotel. Check in took 20 minutes and it was very hard to communicate due to very poor English. Average hotel room, very warm with poor AC. Very good breakfast!... More

Just back from trip ti this hotel. Rooms are great, nicely decorated, comfortable and big. The only issue with this hotel is that it's outside of rio so if you get a taxi, your fare is double as they charge a return automatically which we didn't know when we booked. Nice area and good hotel though if this isn't an... More

Stayed here for one night in order to be near the airport. The rooms are actually really nice and much better than shown on websites. Clean, comfortable and modern with a fridge, microwave and a few little extras. Nice bathroom too. The lobby is clean and modern and the breakfast was good - plenty of it and it started early... Stayed here for one night before heading to the airport. There were taxis available right outside the front door so no problem getting to/from the airport. Not much to do in the area but a few shops and a grocery store close by. Clean and nice. Friendly staff. A great breakfast included in the price. Mini fridge, microwave, internet. More

Great new affordable hotel. Great value, modern and friendly and helpful staff. If it were any closer to the beaches of Rio it would cost a lot more. Recommend a car if you stay here, or knowledge of area. Would have been helpful if some information on how to get around was available. Spent time in local neighborhood and loved... More

I only needed a place for one night, not too far from the airport (GIG). The room included a mini fridge, microwave, breakfast bar with seating, and other handy amenities. The neighborhood was ok, some shopping within walking distance, but as is common in Rio, not recommend for excursions after dark. But there is a restaurant, bar and snack bar.... More
