This hotel is looks beautiful but they don't bother about customer service. They don't give tea before 7 o clock in the morning. Once they serve the tea in your they ask for money,they think that customer will run away and will not make payment, whereas even in small hotels they ask payment when customers checkout from the hotels. As we checked in very late but even the service is very good. only the thing we observed it very cold day but the Heater provision was not made by the management. Complementry food was very good. Primises was very good and well managed. More

We booked this Hotel through Travellers Inn ,Mumbai.On reaching we found Hotel room was no clean Lizard was in both the rooms we checked in.We requested housekeeping to clean the room but in vein.At 3.30 one room Air conditioner started making loud noise.We called housekeeping but attitude was verybad.Finally they repaired a/c at 5.30 .We colud not sleep.After breakfast we... We went there through Kesari Packged Tour group. We have not booked that hotel, but booking was done by Kesari. But, It was quite, decent hotel.
