this hotel changed all my positive views about goan hospitality, of which i have been a fan since last 11 years. i am visiting goa (ponda) for business since last 11 years and have stayed more then 40 times with this property. just checked out this morning. these guys do not even know about the 'H' of hospitality. the staff...
