An excellent day beating dough into submission and the results were astonishingly good. A very friendly and patient approach made the day both relaxed yet full of achievement. Really, really friendly. Accommodation good with huge log fire downstairs (great for unwinding around after a hard day kneading!) Both had some bread making experience but we learnt a lot. Pace was good. My only advice would be to free up some space in your freezer beforehand - you'll be taking a lot of gorgeous bread home. More
