Ria made our week's stay on Crete very enjoyable. Great breakfasts - my favaourite -fruit, greek yoghurt and honey - I would go back just for the breakfast! Central location near good beach and a pleasure to come back to each night. Very close to some lovely friendly family run restaurants and local supermarket. In fact every business in the... More

Location was perfect, a VERY clean hotel with a great breakfast. We were able to walk to one of the nicest beaches, bus line & we could walk to Old Chania. Above all, our inn keeper Ria was so kind & helpful with what ever it was we needed. If we ever return to Crete we will stay at Ria... More

We stayed 3 nights at Ria's and were really pleased with our choice. The location is about a 10 minute bus ride from Chania town and is easy to use. We took the bus from town and had a little trouble finding it as the driver left us off too early. Get off at the stop after the fun/bowling centre,... More

This cute, little hotel, is everything I want it too be. It is cozy, warm and, has such a great atmosphere which is mostly created thanks to the sweetest hotel owner, dear Ria. This was my fifth time in Crete and, first but definitelly not the last one in Ria. More

This was our fifth time visiting Crete, and we had the best vacation ever. The hotel is ideally located near to one of the best beaches in the area (Agii Apostoli), and also close to Chania, the capitol of the prefecture and most beautiful town on the island. Rooms are clean and spacey, and the view from the balcony was... More

It has to be said that we were just coming from Heraklion, where we stayed just one night at a really crappy hotel before we came to Ria, so it was quite a relief to come to this place! There was a small plate of bisquits on the desk when we arrived, and the room was light and clean, although... More

i stayed here for 7 days and absolutely loved it. short trip to city of Chania on bus, close to the beach, which you would not be so close to in Chania. Great hospitality form Ria the owner, and her little boy Peter. away from the noise of the busy road. Rooms were really clean and roomy. i had heaps... More

This is a small but very friendly hotel and Ria who does most of the running of the place makes you feel most welcome. The rooms are a bit on the small side but are very clean and cmfortable. As the hotel has a small occupancy, the pool area is almost as though you have your own private pool and... More

We stayed here for one week in may 2008, and was very pleased: Price: we paid 29 euro pr. night and the breakfast was included!! The location: good quiet location, 10 min to the beach and lots of tavernas and restaurants around. The room: small, but clean (after cleaning), with fridge and a large balcony. Small bed (a bit hard).... More

We would definitely stay again at the Ria Hotel. It is a small, quiet, cozy hotel just off the main road on a narrow side street. It has a courtyard, garden and pool area with lounge chairs and table and chairs with a snack bar nearby. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have balconies with great views (some view the... More
