Just had a very relaxing 4 day stay at Boat Harbour Resort. Almost like a home-away-from-home! I loved the fact that it is so close to the ocean that, in a couple of minutes, I could just walk across to the beach and out along the harbour. Spent 2 weeks over Christmas & New Year with my son & mother in law. Came for relaxing holiday and got exactly that. Robin & Rosalind were great and easy to deal with. Complex very clean & tidy. Stayed here for three nights in September 2011. Arrived very early but Robin allowed us into our cabin well before the 2pm stated time. Great location, close to the harbour - 5 mins walk max. Robin & Rosalind were extremely friendly and had a "no hassles" attitude which I love when I'm on holidays. Even though the resort shows some signs of aging it is lovely and clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a dog friendly cabin and you couldn't tell pets had been there before us. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. For the budget conscious, the well equipped kitchenette makes "in-house" meals possible.
