Very nice hotel - to an old part (which appears on the pictures) they added a new part (probably in 2002), very nice interiors - stones, wood, antiquities, atrium. Service is not so good compared to similar Austrian hotels. Sometimes it is a problem to add drinks to the hotel bill, sauna is quite bad, breakfast below average, no soap... More

Although we spent only one night here, we felt very much at home at this establishment. Our host treated us like family and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We stayed at the Lukashansl for one night during our tour of Europe and of all the hotels in Austria this had to be one of the least pleasant. It was very disorganised. It took an age for them to find us a room. The staff were surly and unhelpful - they would not even add drinks to your room... More
