We had booked The River Cottage as a surprise birthday treat for a friend and chose Swan Hill for it's location and excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. Once again we found Simon and Libby perfect hosts for our winter 2012 stay in their lovely East Devon B&B. The en-suite rooms are large and artistically decorated in the boutique style. We stayed here for two nights at the end of our mini-moon and as a base to take part in a Friday night at River Cottage. The B&B and its owners were absolutely fantastic. The breakfasts were amazing and nothing appeared to be too much to do! Would definitely recommend and will no doubt be back in the future!! More
