Room clean and cosy (fireplace in the room which must be lovely if you are there in the winter). All the fixtures and fittings are rustic wood which make a nice change from the usual characterless room you get for this price. more

With only a 3 minute walk to the beach, Heavenly Valley ski resort views, Accomadating friendly staff and clean Beautiful artistically, professionally, & charmingly decored rooms, We would recommend 3 Peaks Resort to anyone! Nice Motel. We got upgraded to a Suite from a regular room as we came in late. We had 2 BR/1KING and 1 Queen, 2 Bath, kitchen, jacuzzi tub, living room with fireplace, kitchen and deck. I inadvertantly left my new camera in the room when I checked out. When I called the front desk, I was not sure that I had left it there so it would have been very easy for them to be dishonest about it. However, the head of housekeeping reported finding the camera and it is being shipped via UPS today.... more

My husband and I stayed at 3 Peaks for our Honeymoon. We got a suite with kitchen, tub and king bed. The room was really nice (recently renovated) and had AC. I did a search through Trip Adviser because I haven't stayed in Lake Tahoe before and found this most charming little place. Very clean and spacious. No problems here. I'll be back. Why try to find something else when this is perfect. more

Upon arrival we were placed in a parlor suite which was wonderful. The room was large and very nice and the king size bed was to die for. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice. The private beach 3 peaks advertises is quite bad as far as beaches go. However Lake Tahoe does not have many.... more
