The hotel is within a walking distance from Greyhound Bus Terminal. I paid only $40 CAD for one night, made a reservation by phone. My room was small but immaculately clean, the same can be said about the bathtub and linens. I could not complain at all.

Warning - never stay at The Pat. Our reservations at a four star in Saskatoon were lost and we were left with no where to stay. The Pat was the only hotel in the city with vacancy.....no surprise. The place does look better inside than outside. Clean towels, bedding and room. Small Tv and no remote. Otherwise good for dollars spent. Great restaurant downstairs as well.

Very convenient if you don't want to spend a lot. It's more clean than the first look may suggest. My room had the bathroom.

The place is the only youth Hostel in Saskatoon so by that standard it's OK. Great bar on the weekend. Cheap and clean.
