Dirty carpets, Smelly rooms, dirty walls, loose electrical outlets, no elevator to second floor rooms, half the rooms don't have numbers on them - what's that about? More

Even with the bath water extremely hot the shower was ice cold. The carpet and windows were stained and looked very dirty, the TV was old (couldn't hook up electronics) with bad reception, the pillows were terrible, bedding and chairs were noticeably worn, and we could hear every conversation going on in rooms around us. Good service, nice to have internet access included in price. Spacious rooms but need updating...Bedspreads worn and TVs old with fuzzy picture. Not a great value for the price. Rooms not very sounded proof. I could hear everyone who walked down the hall. Overall I would recommend people stay at the new Holiday Inn Express until this hotel gets some... More

Despite booking a non-smoking room, got assigned a smoking room. They changed that easily and were very accomodating and friendly while doing so. Room was clean, bathroom was acceptable, but only one plug in outlet that is accessible, (I need a laptop for work, and usually like to charge the cell phone....) but that'll be OK.
