Comfortable beds but the room (614) is in dire need of maintenance: Water stained & crooked ceiling tiles, Black mold around bathtub, room door hinges very noisy (lube?), bathroom door knob ready to fall off, chipped wash basin, TV set on Stretch & no control to set it back to Normal. More

We had a very pleasant stay at the Delta Trois-Rivières. It is really a four star hotel, in a four star neighbourhood. Close to the St Laurence River, downtown and the old city. Many good and affordable restaurants nearby. Very pleasant and helpful staff, great breakfast and nice pool. We will certainly return. More

Wonderful, helpful staff. I needed to print off my boarding pass and they allowed me to use the office computer. But, the room itself was in desperate need of updating. Stains on the carpet and chairs. An old temperature thermostat made it difficult to regulate the temp. in the room. A good refreshing would greatly improve this hotel. More
