stayed here for weekend in Quebec.... hotel has construction going on, hard to see from road. Our taxi driver didn't want to leave us... It is far from things if you don't have a car, public transportation isn't close. Didn't see the breakfast any day, but we aren't breakfast people.... front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, although couldn't... More

We booked this hotel based on the online photos, and the location (near the bridge from Quebec City to Ile d'Orleans, which we planned to visit the next day). The lobby and cafe looked like the web photos, but the room did not. The photo was obviously staged to make the room look more elegant. When I was asked at... More

Dear Guest, Thanks for your comments. I'm sorry that you had not enjoyed the room you had booked. The room had a Queen bed & sofa as requested, but probably didn't had the decoration that you were looking for. I'm very sorry about that. I just want to say that the room is not old: it has been built in... More

Dear Guest, Thanks a lot for those beautiful comments about our Hotel & Spa! You're right; some GPS don't accept our address. The city has change it a few months, it is why. Our old business address was 910 Ste-Anne blvd (now it is 3710). Some GPS accepts only our old address. We're very about this situation not under our... More

I must say that I had my doubts about my hotel experience in Quebec, having had all sorts of warnings about the upturned noses of the French-Canadian populace in those parts. But from the very moment when we were greeted at the front desk we were made to feel at home by the staff here. The hotel itself is not... More

Dear Guest, What a beautiful comment about our place and our staff! Wow! Many thanks! You're right to say that we are a short drive from Old Quebec (7 km away). We got all the directions printed at the front desk to get to a parking lot easily. It is around $18 CAD for 12 hours parking in Old Quebec.... More

The hotel made me feel at home the first time I checked in. The receptionist lady was friendly and helpful, and I was impressed by her English and French. The location of my room was very convenient, and I believed that all the rooms were designed in such a way that you don't have to walk very far to your... More

Stayed at Auberge du Littoral for three nights, and was very pleased with the experience. Helpful staff, clean spacious room, wonderful internet cafe and great price. Close to Old Quebec City (short drive, not sure about buses). Would highly recommend this hotel to any travelling to the area. (The adjoining building was under construction, but really didn't affect my stay.)

Dear Guest, Wow! What a beautiful comment about our Hotel & Spa! Many thanks! You're right to say that we are a short drive from Old Quebec. Comfortable, quiet, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is fine, more food choices is suggested. Quiet and near a lot of great places like mont morency falls, downtown, restaurants. Safe and there is accommodating staff all the time

We stayed here for a President's Day Weekend family getaway. We arrived late on a Friday night, and the front desk couldn't have been friendlier. And, in this change will come an elevator (approximately on June 2013)! Furthermore, I will let know the employee who was there on Friday night about your comment. I'm sure he... More

Very large room, very clean. Though it was a drive to the old city, the cost of parking plus the cost of this room was still much less than staying in town. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed at this hotel for 2 days as we were going skiing to Massif and Mont Sainte Anne. Shower took a long time to get hot and sink... More
