First off, the lower port are of Quebec is the place to be.The best restaurants, art galleries, a wonderful feel. We booked this hotel based on the reviews and we didn't regret it. The service was excellent and the rooms are very spacious. The location is also great for the lower part of the old city which is a part we hadn't explored before.
