I was going to be in Quebec City for a month so I decided to rent an apartment. It was the best of both worlds staying at an apartment in a hotel. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything you need. The hotel is on a quiet street but is in Old Quebec so it's close to everything.... More

Just completed a three night stay at the hotel. I got a basic room (121) and it turned out to be very comfortable and perfect for my stay. It was quiet (from external noise) and quiet internally with respect to a quiet heating-cooling system. It has windows on two sides and a door to the parking area (very convenient). The... More

We asked for a deluxe room with a classic stone wall, we were given the only room down stairs, and the wall was a plastic stone wall, that was a bit disappointing, but there was an outside sitting area which was nice and a soaker tub. We found the room a little stuffy, the front desk service were very nice.... More

Good hotel, good service, clean, good location, affordable price, buffet breakfast included when booking on their website and parking available (but it's $18/day! ) We had room 211, right off the reception area and by the stairs so it was a little noisy during the day but pretty quiet at night. Really comfortable bed. The location is great, close to... More

Our check in went smoothly and the valet carried our bags up to our very comfortable room and took care of our car. Whenever we needed it again, we just told them at the desk, and it was brought to the door. (Parking costs approximately 20.00 per day including tax) Our room was a Deluxe two doubles with breakfast included... More

We enjoyed this authentic historical hotel's ambiance. It is part of Hotels Nouvelle-France (four facilities in Old Quebec). This part of Quebec City feels very European, with cobblestone streets, horse-drawn carriages, and hills slanting toward the port. We appreciated that our initial room was changed promptly after we reported a problem in the bath area. The management leaves a little... More

I spent a 3-nights week-end with my boyfriend at Hotel Acadia (booked with Expedia) from Sept 15 to Sept 18, and we both really loved it! It was beautiful and very quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was very clean. The room was a little small but we didn't really mind as we didn't plan on spending... More

When we first arrived Hotel was very busy. We were placed in a delux room, very small and gloomy but clean and serviceable. As we had booked a three night stay we asked for a larger room and were offered a suite at a small additional charge. Staff very amenable and swapped the room whilst we were out see the... More

My parents booked Hotel Acadia with the help of Trip Advisor. The staff there were very, very friendly and very helpful. The check in was easy. The hotel was absolutely beautiful in a quiet, beautiful area in the upper part of Old Quebec. The restaurant for the breakfast was just around the corner and it was a very charming restaurant... We arrived on Friday, August 19, 2011 and stayed for 3 nights in Room 500. We checked in at 1:00 pm, therefore our room wasn't ready, however, we gave our cell phone number in the event that it was ready early and received a call roughly an hour later. Our room was wonderful! Hardwood floors, very clean, spacious enough for... More
