This is exactly what you expect: dorm rooms rented out to visitors when they are not in use. You get small rooms, camp beds, thin towels, shared showers and toilets, free parking, wifi around campus for a small fee. There is a Major Bus Stop at the University. I would take the 800 or 801 and it takes you directly to old quebec and it can even take you to the waterfalls.
