Stayed here for 3 nights and just loved it. The location is right by the port and you can easily walk to both shopping districts in the old town. Restaurants all around the hotel though we opted to walk to Lapin Saute and that area. Hotel has parking in front. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The building is historic and... More

Fantastic location below the old city walls in Quebec City, close to everything, and affordable. I spent a couple of nights in a deluxe suite which has a nicely equipped kitchen and refined furnishings. Room nicely decorated in modern style in an old building, bathroom was sleek and elegant, quality evident everywhere. Helpful staff, the Marche is a couple blocks... More

Perfect location, in Basse-ville, close to quaint shops and lovely restaurants. Haute-ville is a stroll away, with all it's rich history and gorgeous buildings. Our "room" was a fully equipped apartment, modern, clean and well appointed with loads of space and comfortable chairs. Staff are delightful, efficient and helpful. Great value for money - ticks all the boxes.

This hotel is within walking distance of great shopping, wonderful restaurants and historical landmarks. The old city is a walkers paradise. Le Port Royal is the perfect spot to rest those weary feet. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet with excellent WiFi connection. The pricing for this hotel was very good for all... More

Nice room, big tv, big room ( we had corner room), all needed kitchenware that was needed was there, location is great (lower town), price was great, service was great. Could be a bit noisy if room is above bar or on 1st floor. Parking right in front of hotel. Price was the best given there is kitchenette. We used... More

My husband and I went for a romantic weekend to eat and walk around Old Quebec City. The location was perfect. It is located in lower Old Quebec which I found had a quieter vibe. We loved our room -- it had a kitchette, bathroom, super comfy bed, and lots of space. It was different than a hotel and different... More

Our first trip to Quebec City and this hotel has been a lovely little gem of a find. Clean room, comfortable bed and a decently outfitted kitchenette if you're so inclined. The room's exterior walls are 2' thick stone walls; a tad noisy with traffic in early morning but it is pretty quiet at night.

Hotel's location is a bit of walk to the heart of Quebec area. We stayed in a deluxe suite so the rooms weren't too bad, bathroom though small, but it was nicely decorated. Wifi was free but the signal was very poor inside the room. Hotel's interiors need some sprucing, age was showing in the corridors and lobby. Overall it... More

We stayed here for five days off season. Coming from CT, we checked in late. The service desk provided us with a cart and we wheeled our luggage into the room. The first room was spacious but we soon found out it was muggy, the sink did not drain, and the fridge was broken (it was generating heat, really). We... More

Everything was magnificent, except 3 things. English is very limited , construction in the room next door at literally 6:30 Am, laying hardwood. And the last but not least, the floors are very squeaky even the bed. Don't be surprised to hear your neighbor walk around or get intimate, the walls are not thick at all. Only downfalls though, the... More
