A garden right next door to the bars !!! Incredible to be walking 2 minutes from all the bars (Eagle, Stud, Unity) and be in this quiet, clean and warm place ! Breakfasts are generous, people are charming... I told you : home without your mother !

This was my second time at Maison des Jardins and it was as good as the first time. Luc and Robert and their staff did it again to make this stay a pleasant one. It is certainly the hospitality and the friendly atmosphere of the entiere staff what makes me to return to it soon.

Just had a 5-night stay at this quiet, sweet B&B, it was actually my first time staying at a B&B and a gay one at that, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Luc and Robert turned out to be very welcoming, genuine hosts, best part of the breakfast for me was their home made strawberry and peach jam, place...

This is a such an amazing place. The Robert & Luc let you have the run of the house, so you feel you're in your own home. One night, I bought in my own wine, bread and paté and enjoyed some great conversations with the other guests. We even went into the hot tub in November - it was awesome....

Here for six nights and our stay has been just what we wanted! Met such great guys who were also here. Marc, the owner, is amazing chef...each morning a five star hot breakfast SERVED with true home feeling. Very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced! I HIGHLY recommend!
Maison des Jardins is an adequate B&B in Montreal's gaybourhood. Nothing here screams luxury, but nothing is really all that bad, either. The rooms upstairs are much nicer than those found in the basement, so if you do stay here, insist on one of these. Luc is pleasant and does a decent massage, and breakfast is filling--pastries, fruit, yoghurt, and...

The building appears to be a small apartment building that has been converted into a guest house. Typical Montreal construction with outside stairs.
They have parking for one vehicle - staff were very helpful in getting my rather large vehicle into and out of the garage. There are gates at the street so parking was fully secure.

Great location, very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, and very spacious. Bathrooms are very clean, and full of little extras.
Breakfast is fantastic and cooked to order and the guys are full of good tips on things to see and do in Montreal. No problem for english speakers either. Wi-fi has good speed and free use of the desktop computer...

First off, this B&B is for gay males only, so obviously it's not for everyone. If you're still reading, the place is great. The owners and staff are very welcoming. Good rooms, great breakfasts. During our four-night stay, all the other guests were couples ... so not a "wild" environment at all. We would definitely stay here again.
