I "found" this property over 25 years ago. It is not the Ritz but a very good value in a superb location within walking distance to the shopping areas. An excellent but simple breakfast is offered and that adds to the quality of the property. More

We stayed for two nights for a conference. Room was comfortable but very small. Long steep flight of stairs greet travelers when they arrive on the sidewalk - so be advised you may have to carry your luggage up. Breakfast was very nice in the lounge. More

I booked a Living Social Escape Deal at this hotel and they wouldn't honour it on dates that I could travel to Montreal even though they had rooms available. I guess I'll never know if it's nice or not because with such poor customer service before I even get there, I will definitely never stay there. More
