We were here at Best Western Europa, Montreal. The hotel doesn't have a parking. So we're advised to park infront of the hotel in a private parking, which gives a discount to the hotel customers. Dirty, dusty, tacky decor, not at all like other hotel spas I've been to. The shower heads were old, encrusted with calcium and didn't work properly. The Best Western Europa is in a great location in Downtown Montreal, you can walk to everything. The lobby is downstairs when you walk in the hotel, which is a bit odd, but it is nice. The bar/lounge is usually empty but it did have great, affordable sandwiches since we needed to eat late at night coming off of Amtrak.... More

We have been coming here for three years as BW members and always enjoy. Although like many mid level city centre hotels it does not have pool and workout room, neither are really needed although a jacuzzi would be nice after hours walking the city! close to all shops, restos and the fine arts museum is just around the corner.... This is more of a 3.5 star review. Not 4 star because there's no gym, pool or room service amenities. The rooms are very small (I can't imagine two people sharing it) but clean and well appointed. Lots of towels and toiletries, although the tub was a little small and the toilet needed to be jiggled to stop running water.... More

I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel is right in the heart of the downtown area, so you have access to everything - if you enjoy shopping, you can't go wrong, it's all there for you.
