Michael and his family were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The inn was very convenient to downtown Charlottetown. Michael's recommendation of the Water Prince Corner Shop for dinner was spot on! I would recommend Heritage Harbour to friends in a heartbeat!

The "Heritage" in this place's name is a little misleading, as the rooms look more like something you'd find in a hotel. If you have specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten, etc), go ahead and make other plans for your breakfast, since even though you will be asked for your dietary requirements, minimal effort will be made to accomodate you.... A beautiful place. It was spotlessly clean and the hostess was absolutely lovely and welcoming. The walls seem a little thin and we could hear the man next door talking quite loudly and with many expletives for several hours, until about 11pm when he noisily went out. Was looking for a night away to enjoy a meal out and a relaxing evening. We were greeted by a friendly face at our arrival and shown around the area, then taken to our room where we found everything neat, well organized and spacious. It was exactly what we needed at a great rate. Highly recommended.

This bed and breakfast is beautifully kept by friendly, accommodating staff. My room was clean and spacious, the included breakfast was delicious, and it is conveniently located in Charlottetown, within walking distance of restaurants and attractions.

My room was quite clean and spacious. Lots of parking. They even made me a breakfast to-go when I had to check out before breakfast was served. The location is walking distance from many things in downtown Charlottetown, but then again, Charlottetown is not very big.
