We don't mind old - but this building needs extensive repair and renovation. The carpets throughout are threadbare and stained, the paint and wallpaper thoughout needs an update. We stayed in the hotel for three nights. The hotel is located near Yonge Street and just a few steps from the subway. All in all the hotel appears old, but it is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers a fair choice, although there is only plastic cutlery available. The noise level in the room was moderate. more

the hotel is near the subway,very nice clean room,and the staffs in the hotel are very friendly and helpful,willing to answer our questions about the city or area restaurants..they aslo booked a very nice trip for me to the nigara falls. The woman at the front desk who was always working was my biggest problem. She was rude and not knowledgable at all. When we checked in we learned there was no parking in the hotel. We had to park across the street in the public parking where you had to repay every morning and evening so you couldn't just pay... more

My husband and I stayed at the Clarion from July 16 - 23rd 2009. We both liked the hotel very much. We stayed in room 310, which had a large (queen I guess?) bed with very white sheets and nice pillows. Walk-in closet, air conditioner/heating unit and a large bathroom with bathtub. No fridge or microwave but we really didn't... more

It was my first time to stay in clarion hotel. I felt very comfortable there because i felt like staying at home. The staffs are very polite and helpful. If i got to Toronto again, i would like to come back to stay!! more

The halls smell like death. The room was tiny. Despite a lot of other promotional things I've seen on this hotel, there is not a microwave and fridge in every room. There was construction outside our window that overlooked a massive hole. The air conditioning was loud, the room was hot, and there was no way to open the windows... more
